Weight loss CITY
Back to weight loss since my life has been consumed with job searching, interviews and stressing out.  I had a few bad days this past week but I am back on the weight loss horse (no pun intended).  I am back to the weight I was the last week in January when I weighed in.  Here are a few goals for the month ahead. Follow up interview went great!  Now all I can do is wait and be confident in the performance that I had.  If they choose someone else, there is a reason why it didn’t work out.  It is ultimately the biggest dream job I have had.  It would put me into the department that I wanted to have a career in. When you are feeling down and tired the best thing to do is fuel your body with some beneficial and nutritious foods.   Dinner consisted of egg whites, laughing cow light cheese, whole grain tortilla.  Greek yogurt and a cut up pear.  I needed a major energy boost even if it is later at night.  Tomorrow is the beginning of another new WW week for me.  I have lost 10 lbs in the month of January....

I went on an interview today for my dream job.  Well at least a step into my dream job.  Any good karma, thoughts and prayers sent my way would be greatly appreciated.  This is now the 10th interview I have been on since losing my job 3 months ago.  I need a little sunshine and hope in my life to keep me going strong.  This is my chance to really do what I am passionate about.

Food Diary- Brunchin'

Weigh In Tuesday
Week 2 Weigh In….. Total lost this week: 1.2 lbs Total lost since start: 6.4 lbs! Pretty proud of this.  I was lighter earlier in the week but as always, it doesn’t count until Tuesday.  1.2 lbs is a great victory for steady weight loss.  6.4 in two weeks is outstanding.  The best part of all of this is that in the past two weeks, I enjoyed my weekends and the foods that I wanted....
