Wahhh- I had a cup of my new fave coffee from Dunkin (Mocha Mint) and I feel like my insides are dying. This happened the last time and I thought it was a stomach bug. I think I may officially be allergic to coffee. =(
The past few meals ingested have not been the smartest on my part. I chose to get a turkey burger with fries for dinner last night and pan seared salmon over mushroom and asparagus risotto today. Granted, I had the points for both of the meals but I definitely could have made smarter choices. I do have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed both dishes and I believe they were worth it.

lessthan260 asked: there are a lot of types of sushi on eTools, so maybe finding something comparable? On the Plan, Brown & White rice has the same point value (I'm 99% sure) so it would probably be the same as a white rice?

I really enjoy eating sushi and used to eat it all the time the last time I did the points plan. This new PointsPlus is a bit confusing as far as trying to figure out what something is that isn’t on the online guide. What should I be counting a roll of brown rice sushi as?
Food Diary- Brunchin'
Not the best thing for me as far as weight loss but I am far off from being on a normal sleep schedule. I have been sleeping from 1 am until 11 am. Total lost since start: 6.4 lbs!
Pretty proud of this. I was lighter earlier in the week but as always, it doesn’t count until Tuesday. 1.2 lbs is a great victory for steady weight loss. 6.4 in two weeks is outstanding. The best part of all of this is that in the past two weeks, I enjoyed my weekends and the foods that I wanted....

A few notable accomplishments that I am proud of:
-Chose to walk the mile to the bar last night rather than taking a cab.
-Chose to drink light beer rather than regular beer
-Had a filling dinner last night so I wouldn’t snack at the party I went to and success!
