A few notable accomplishments that I am proud of:
-Chose to walk the mile to the bar last night rather than taking a cab.
-Chose to drink light beer rather than regular beer
-Had a filling dinner last night so I wouldn’t snack at the party I went to and success!
-No drunkenly eating when I got back home
-Switching my meals up so I don’t get tired of eating the same foods all the time
These may not seem to be a big deal to many of you but these are things that I know are my pitfalls and taking baby steps in the right direction will lead to successful weight loss.
Things for this week:
-Get to the gym at least 3 times
-Go Christmas shopping (unrelated to weight loss but will involve lots of walking)
-Apply to more jobs
-Get out of the apartment as much as possible (I was let go a month and a half ago and I know getting out makes for less grazing in the apartment)
-Eat more veggies and fruits
-Wake up earlier/go to bed earlier
-Drink more water!
