Week 2 Weigh In…..

Total lost this week: 1.2 lbs

Total lost since start: 6.4 lbs!

Pretty proud of this.  I was lighter earlier in the week but as always, it doesn’t count until Tuesday.  1.2 lbs is a great victory for steady weight loss.  6.4 in two weeks is outstanding.  The best part of all of this is that in the past two weeks, I enjoyed my weekends and the foods that I wanted.  I definitely ate healthy and was proud of myself for being inventive and adventurous with new foods!

*Side note, I am now obsessed with seaweed salad and it’s only 1 pt for 1/2 cup on WW PointsPlus* WOO!!!
