Not the best thing for me as far as weight loss but I am far off from being on a normal sleep schedule.  I have been sleeping from 1 am until 11 am.  I think part of it has to do with the fact that I don’t see why I should wake up early when I don’t have enough to fill up my entire day and I end up feeling depressed and down on myself.  Breakfast has been cut out of my day as I sleep through it.  I normally eat a larger breakfast/lunch when I wake up.

Today in food so far:

1 Chiobani Nonfat Greek yogurt: 3 pts

Seaweed salad (leftover from last night): 1 pt

Vitatop Muffin: 3 pts

I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter Spray: 0 pts

Brunch total: 7 pts 

Daily left: 22 (this becomes a problem when I have a ton for dinner but I choose to spend it on a double serving of protein, higher fat salad dressing and a snack for after dinner)
