The past few meals ingested have not been the smartest on my part.  I chose to get a turkey burger with fries for dinner last night and pan seared salmon over mushroom and asparagus risotto today.  Granted, I had the points for both of the meals but I definitely could have made smarter choices.  I do have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed both dishes and I believe they were worth it.

That being said, here’s to salads, greek yogurt and fruit for the rest of the week.  The goal is to lose another 2 lbs this week before Christmas!!
