This is the game plan for this week.  I started a new week of WW PointsPlus.  I am confident that I will eat well except for NYE.  I won’t be overdoing it because my friends will be coming to my apartment and it will be a sushi extravaganza.  If I plan my day out well, I shouldn’t have to use all that many weekly points.  The next day is also a family tradition and I believe my mom said she was going to make pasta.  Once again, if planned correctly…I should still be able to stay within my points.
