My New Year started on Monday because my family does a big celebration on New Year’s Day.  I figured what better way than to start fresh on a Monday.  For those of who that are new followers, I am losing weight using the Weight Watchers PointsPlus plan.  I have started to get to the gym in the new year and hope to continue with this process.

Day 1 Food:

Dunkin EWTSV

Coffee with skim and splenda

Smart Ones Rigatoni with Chicken and Broccoli

Magner’s Cider (I had one left in the fridge and it said it was only 1 pt!)

Grilled Mahi Mahi with asparagus and pineapple salsa

2 glasses of white wine

Tuna Tartare

Edamame

*Seems like a whole lot of food but it was within my daily points value*

Day 2 Food:

2 egg whites

1 whole egg

Mission whole wheat tortilla

Spanish Onion

Chicken noodle soup

Banana

Cardio for 30 minutes

Smart Ones Swedish Meatballs

Babybel light cheese

Cocoa roasted almonds

Del Monte fruit

Glass of white wine
