Woke up around 11 am to send over some footage that I filmed for my sister.  After I knew that was all ready to go, I made myself some breakfast.

I have noticed that I still have a tendency to make healthy “fat kid” versions of the foods that I enjoy.  I guess that is the best thing for me to do so I enjoy the food that I am eating but I’m cutting calories in half by choosing the healthy alternatives.

Day 3 Breakfast:

One bagel thin 3 pts

3 egg whites 1 pt

1 serving of reduced fat cream cheese 3 pts

3 slices of turkey bacon 3 pts

80 calorie light n fit yogurt 2 pts

Total: 12 pts

Daily remaining: 17 pts

It seems like a lot of food but I ate at noon and knew that it was basically going to be my breakfast and lunch.
