I set my alarm and made myself get up immediately.  I need to train my body to get back onto a normal sleeping schedule in case I do get hired sometime soon.  We all also know that someone that is trying to lose weight should get a good nights rest.  I went to bed around 1 am and woke up at 10:30 am.  I am going to try to get to bed even earlier tonight.

Breakfast: 

Didn’t happen. By the time I shoveled out the car and walked back from the garage, it was lunch time.

Lunch:

Progresso Macaroni and Bean soup

Snack:

Babybel light cheese

Dinner:

Whole wheat pizza (that I made with a whole wheat pita, ricotta cheese, fat free mozzarella, and pizza sauce)

Snack
I got hungry again so I made some fat free popcorn 

So far I am a pound down from last week.  I’m hoping I can get that to 2 lbs by Weigh In Tuesday!
