When you are feeling down and tired the best thing to do is fuel your body with some beneficial and nutritious foods.
Dinner consisted of egg whites, laughing cow light cheese, whole grain tortilla. Greek yogurt and a cut up pear. I needed a major energy boost even if it is later at night. Tomorrow is the beginning of another new WW week for me. I have lost 10 lbs in the month of January. I hope to lose 10-12 more in February. The past few days have been eating whatever I want and that is partially why I feel so tired and down.
Another great exercise to do in the cold weather is Just Dance 2 on the Wii systems. It really gets your heart pumping and is fun for you, your friends and family!
